Hi Merry, yes the sky above here is often criss-crossed with them, as we're in between Leeds and Manchester airports.

TS, I wouldn't be at all surprised - that's probably what put me in such a good mood today! *rolls eyes*

And wow, that's a pertinent quote on your blog!

"The real difficulty is that people have no idea of what education truly is. We assess the value of education in the same manner as we assess the value of land or of shares in the stock-exchange market. We want to provide only such education as would enable the student to earn more. As long as such ideas persist there is no hope of our ever knowing the true value of education." Gandhi

Nice pics.

Chemtrails are a myth by the way :) You don't spray something at 30,000ft and then expect it to hit the ground underneath it, because of prevailing winds/the jetstream and all that.

Anyway, I'll stop being all science-filled and go back to being ill!

Wouldn't it depend on whether you had a specific target in mind though Baz? As opposed to just people or land in general? Cos it's going to land somewhere, isn't it?

It will land somewhere, but certainly not in the UK if it was from 30,000ft. Depending on wind direction maybe Norway or France, but then again, maybe Denmark or into the North Sea.... with a warm snap and an updraft maybe as far as Eastern Germany.

Before yesterday, I kept finding thinking that if TS were alive today, he would have to rewrite the Wasteland...you know...

February is the cruellest month, Breeding lilacs out of the dead land, mixing
Memory and desire, stirring
Dull roots with spring rain.

and then thankfully it snowed!

But that spring thing..wow it was really getting to me!
